To Climb That Mountain

Marian Baker-Rave

To Climb That Mountain -

This real life story is about a young girl growing up and enduring the Alaska wilderness with only her sisters and parents during the early 1940's.

Not having any boys or local muscle to help her father run his wilderness lumber mill, Marian has to grow up fast by working at her fathers side literally cutting a living out of the virgin timber. This story is also about sacrifice and the love of a family willing to do whatever it takes to stay together.
